OnePlus Watch 3 has been in talks for the past few months. The watch is expected to come with some of the best enhancements that we could hope for. It will bring several upgrades as compared to the OnePlus Watch 2 that’s available in the market right now. As per reports, the company is all set to unveil its latest smartphone series OnePlus 13, OnePlus 13R, and OnePlus 13 Buds Pro on 7 January. Reports are claiming that the tech giant could also launch its OnePlus Watch 3. However, there’s no official information right now, but we could expect a new smartwatch from OnePlus.
OnePlus Watch 3:
The reports claim that the design of the upcoming OnePlus Watch will be the same as the Oneplus Watch 2. However, one significant change that we can expect is the rotary dial. The recent renders showcase the design with a Digital Crown which we get in Apple Watches. If the reports are to be believed, the rotating crown would give users more enhancements and flexibility to navigate the UI. The company could add an electrocardiogram (ECG) feature to its OnePlus Watch 3’s heart rate sensor suite. The feature will allow and help users to monitor their heartbeat or in some cases, irregular heart beat.
The OnePlus Watch 3 is expected to include the LTE variant too which will allow users to make calls and receive notifications. It is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 SoC which will be paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. It might run on the Watch OS 5 and might get a larger battery including 500mAh+.
To recall, the OnePlus Watch 2 comes with a 1.43″ display, Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset, 500 mAh battery, 32 GB storage, and 2 GB RAM.
