The O Ecosystem
The O Ecosystem lays much more beyond a technical framework – it represents a movement toward decentralized AI governance. At its heart is O Chain, a decentralized ETH L2 network built on Optimism Superchain. O Chain makes sure AI computations are done across different nodes, so tasks are handled efficiently and securely throughout the network. Meanwhile, O.RI uses its own special tech to send queries to the most suitable model – with the use of services such as Hugging Face – to provide correct and high-performance answers. All of this intelligent routing helps end users to get a great experience, choosing the best-performing AI models available.
Right now, we’re using Cerebras Inference Services, which is way faster than other AI products like Perplexity, while keeping things secure and low-latency. Looking ahead, we’re planning to incorporate distributed and decentralized compute networks, alongside our own infrastructure powered by Cerebras chip-based data centres, to build a truly independent AI ecosystem.
One of the most essential parts of this ecosystem will be O.COIN, our native token designed to engage the community and enable governance. Users will be able to obtain O.COIN by supporting community initiatives, participating in upcoming product launches, purchasing it in the market, or through staking.
Once acquired, O.COIN will be used to vote on important proposals, support exciting AI initiatives, and gain access to exclusive tools and services within the ecosystem.
