Nothing fans are about to get a new phone. The British company announced that it will be releasing a new Phone (3a) this year, with full details dropping on March 4.
The low-cost (3a) phone is the successor to the difficult-to-get Phone (2a), which was released in early March 2024. There are few solid details of what to expect from the new phone, though the company promises to focus on the camera, processor, screen, and design.
“There are some other users that are equally excited about tech, but are happy with just a great user experience—that’s who the (a) Series is for. We’re really focused on the core user needs in terms of camera, screen, processor, and of course design,” Akis Evangelidis, Nothing’s co-founder, said during the company’s Community Quarterly Update video.
Nothing’s $349 Phone (2a) launched in North America but was only available for purchase through the company’s Developer Program. The device also only worked on the T-Mobile network and came with limited 5G capabilities.
