Xiaomi has finally kicked off the pre-reservations for the soon to be launched Xiaomi 15 Ultra flagship device. Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun suggested that the device will be released later this month.
It has also been said that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be launched in the Mobile World Congress (MWC 25) which is scheduled to be held in the first week of March. Apart from that, the teaser shows the device covered with cloth and you can see ‘HyperOS text’ engraved on the bottom of the box.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra specifications and features: What we can get to see?
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra carries model number 25010PN30G as seen on Geekbench AI. The smartphone Scores 635 in the single precision test, 630 in the half precision test, and 1455 in the quantized test.
It will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship processor along with 16GB RAM and a decent amount of internal storage as well, most probably 256GB. The device will operate on the Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0 based on the Android 15 operating system. In addition, the handset will also get a 2K quad curved AMOLED display along with a 120Hz refresh rate.
As for the sensors, we will get to see a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX858 70mm 3X telephoto shooter or 50MP Sony LYT 900 shooter, 200MP 4.3X periscope telephoto shooter with f/2.6 aperture, and a Samsung HP9 shooter.
Rumors have it that the phone will have a 50MP ultra wide angle Samsung JN5 shooter. The smartphone will pack a 6000mAh battery along with 90W wired fast charging support. Furthermore, it will also have 50W wireless charging support as well. We can expect to know more about the handset once Xiaomi comes up with an official announcement.
