A HOMEOWNER was slapped with an HOA fine for parking in his own driveway.

Chase’s unique motor disgruntled his HOA (Homeowners Association) and he was given a penalty that claimed it was “inoperable”.

Chase believes he’s been unfairly targeted by his local HOA

Chase and his pals drove the car down the road to prove it still works

The machine is the front end of an old Mercedes built on a Toyota Tacoma frame and boasts lowrider suspension.

Despite being tagged, it didn’t have license plates, and Chase believed that his neighbours reported it to the HOA.

On his Prodigy TV YouTube channel he said: “Everyone here has seen it operate before,

“So, I’m not sure why the HOA is saying it’s inoperable.”

The car was originally hidden away in the woods, but one of Chase’s friends told him to proudly park it on the drive.

“I knew he’d get a letter from the HOA,” one of his friends laughed in the video.

Taking revenge against the HOA and his neighbours who reported the car, Graham drove his lowrider up and down the street.

“I don’t know what the neighbours don’t like about this car,” Chase’s pal laughed.

“I love it!” Chase agreed.

His friends captured the footage and posted it on the HOA’s official Facebook page.

If that wasn’t enough, he bought a customised license plate which read: “F U HOA”.

He added: “This is just to show the HOA how much we love and appreciate them, as well as their strict rules.”

Chase also revealed how he received an HOA letter for another of his motors after one of the wheels was parked slightly on his grass.

“A couple of months ago I get a letter in the mail, not only for this car (the Mercedes lowrider) but I have another car parked in the driveway.

Gesturing roughly three inches, he explained: “The tire was this far in the grass. They sent me a letter saying I can’t park on the grass. So Graham was like ‘we are going to troll the absolute dogs*** out of them.”

“This isn’t the only issue though. The man gets fined for parking his truck and trailer in the road, he gets parked if we leave a car in the road for more than two hours” his Graham explained.

Chase joked: “If I fart and it smells bad, HOA fine immediately. So Graham was like ‘we’re gonna do the icing on the cake’, and I’m moving out in a couple of months ”
