A BEST Buy shopper was left incandescent with rage as she abandoned her trip when trying to buy a new television.
The customer was willing to spend thousands of dollars on the new gadget, but walked out of the store empty-handed.

According to an X thread, she and her husband had picked out a television costing $2,000 that was being sold at a store in Gastonia, North Carolina, located around 20 miles from Raleigh.
The duo spent between 15 and 20 minutes waiting for help, but no one apparently turned up.
After being left waiting in the store, the couple abandoned their Best Buy trip and bought the same television elsewhere.
She revealed that she ordered it from Amazon.
And the customer had a stern warning for the tech giant, which has more than 1,000 stores across the US.
“Your company’s going to go under, as it deserves,” she snapped.
The shopper tagged the official Best Buy X account in her tirade, but a representative didn’t respond.
But the customer who wanted a new television is not the only shopper who has had less than ideal experiences at Best Buy locations.
Another shopper was left bemused when they didn’t end up buying the Apple Watch that they wanted to purchase.
Similarly to the woman and her husband, they were left waiting in the aisles.
The U.S. Sun reported how a Best Buy representative apologized in light of the store saga.
“Thanks for reaching out via Twitter. I regret to hear that you had a negative experience at one of our locations, and I can understand how frustrating that may be,” they said on X.
“I would love to have your feedback and concerns documented here within our corporate systems, as well as passed along to store leadership at that location.”
Other shoppers have told how they’ve tried to catch workers’ attention by walking up and down aisles.
One revealed they did 27 laps in-store in a desperate bid to get help, but to no avail.
Disgruntled customers have claimed they’ve been left waiting for one hour just to collect a receipt.
The U.S. Sun has also reported how customers have slammed the retailer’s return policy.
Shoppers who have a standard Best Buy subscription can return most products within a 15-day window.
Those with My Best Buy Plus and My Best Buy Total subscriptions have 60 days.
Shoppers can return items by taking products to their local store, or use a prepaid return label.
Those returning items in-store are encouraged to bring their receipt, the credit card used to buy the goods, and a valid photo ID.
