Charles will celebrate sounds from across the Commonwealth with his very own show, called The King’s Music Room for Apple Music.
A 60-second trailer on his YouTube channel sees him discuss it while Marley’s 1980 hit Could You Be Loved is played by a royal brass band.
Speaking from Buckingham Palace, he said music has always “meant a great deal to me”.
He went on: “It can lift our spirits to such a degree, and all the more so when it brings us together in celebration.

“In other words, it brings us joy.
“So this is what I particularly wanted to share with you, songs which have brought me joy.”
He revealed he was a fan of late reggae icon Marley in 2008 when he paid a visit to his museum in Jamaica.
Brit singer-songwriter Raye performed for Charles in December at Apple’s London HQ in Battersea Power Station.
She told the audience: “I was gonna do Escapism but I think there’s too many swear words.
“The King’s in the vicinity.
“My nan’d never forgive me.”
- THE King’s Music Room will premiere on Apple Music 1 at 6am on Monday for free and will then be available on demand with a subscription.
