The company announced Zora AI at Nvidia GTC 2025, looking to ride on the wave of agentic AI hype that has totally dominated the chipmaker’s annual developer conference. There, it explained that its AI agents are unique because they tap into its deep experience regarding technology, risk, tax and auditing to ensure unparalleled reliability and trust.

Deloitte’s AI agents can perform all manner of tasks, such as offering users on-demand insights and analysis, detailed reporting, workflow automation, decision support and data sourcing. They’re described as “intelligent digital workers” and they boast deep, industry-specific knowledge to emulate human decision-making and reasoning to execute complex business processes.

As an example, the Zora AI agents are being used by Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Co. to provide guidance to companies using its HPE Private Cloud platform, aiding in application deployments, troubleshooting and other important tasks. According to HPE, Deloitte’s AI agents will help to boost productivity and reduce reporting production times by up to 50%.

HPE is also using Zora AI internally to assist with financial statement analysis, scenario modelling and competitive and market analysis, it said.

One of the unique things about the Zora AI agents is that they’re designed to collaborate with one another, helping companies to discover more efficient ways of working. They’re backed by Deloitte’s extensive business expertise, with the company providing consulting services to thousands of organizations across the globe in almost every industry.

Deloitte Chief Executive Jason Girzadas said AI agents mark the beginning of a new “autonomous enterprise era” that will usher in an entirely new way of working across businesses.

“Our vision with Zora AI is to assist our clients in their transition to this new era, where agents and employees interact to reinvent business processes and unlock new sources of business value, growth and innovation,” he said.

The Zora AI agents were built in close collaboration with Nvidia, with Deloitte explaining that they’re powered by the chipmaker’s new Llama Nemotron family of large language models and based on Nvidia Blueprints. They also lean on Deloitte’s “Trustworthy AI” principles, meaning they’re backed by various ethical safeguards to ensure that all of their outputs are explainable, fair, impartial, safe and reliable, the company said.

Deloitte said it’s leading by example, having deployed the Zora AI agents into its own business workflows to help streamline financial processes such as expense management. They work by monitoring expenses across payroll, facilities, sales and marketing and employee time, then compare those expenses against industry trends to help reduce costs by up to 25% and boost the productivity of its finance teams by as much as 40%.

Deloitte said Zora AI is available on every major cloud infrastructure platform via a subscription model, and it can be deployed into existing technology systems through various pre-built integrations it has created. The company also offers customization services to adapt the Zora AI agents to more specific client needs.
