UNISOC has released the T8300 5that is set to a 5G processor that is set to revolutionize gaming and multitasking for users on a global level. The chipset comes with support for dual SIM and 5G for both of them. It is also being hailed as the first processor to combine 5G NR NTN satellite communication and 5G MBS broadcasting.
Unisoc T8300 features
The UNISOC T8300 is built on the 6nm process and comes with an octa-core CPU with two high-performance Arm Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six energy-efficient Arm Cortex-A55 cores working at 2.0 GHZ. As claimed by the company, the chipset offers a 28% better performance in power efficiency as compared to its predecessor.
It comes integrated with a Mali G57 dual-core graphics processing unit, LPDDR4X memory, UFS 2.2 flash storage, and an AnTuTu score of more than 510,000. As for the display, the T8300 brings support for FHD+ resolution with 120Hz refresh rate along with HDR10+ and HDR Vivid.
In terms of photography, T8300 includes a Vivimagic imaging engine along with a quad-core (Image Signal Processor) that can process 1.6 billion pixels per second. It can hold up to 108MP photos and a dual 16MP sensor with no shutter lag at 25 frames per second. The chipset also has noise reduction technologies like Multi-Frame Noise Reduction and Temporal Noise Reduction.
Coming to the gaming segment, the processor ships with Miracle Gaming Engine consisting of five core components – networking, scheduling, memory, storage, and graphics, to enhance the gaming performance. The engine allows the processor to achieve high frame rates. Furthermore, the company has partnered with Tencent Game Voice to offer stable and clear in-game voice communication as well.
