Only tennis icon Serena Williams, 43, has also earned the award four times.
Following her triumph, Biles delivered a brilliant speech.
The Team USA icon said, “I’m so happy to be here in Madrid and to receive my fourth Laureus World Sportswoman of the Year award.
“I won this award for the first time in 2017 and Laureus has been a part of my story since then.
“I am proud to have added to my collection.”
Making the most of her trip to Spain, Biles attended the soccer match between Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao on Sunday.
The legendary Olympian witnessed Fede Valverde’s amazing last minute winner for Real.
Posting from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, Biles revealed that it was her first soccer game.
Due to the Laureus Awards ceremony taking place the following evening, the match was watched by a star-studded crew of athletes.
Biles watched the game alongside felow gymnast Rebeca Andrade.
While she also took a photo alongside Novak Djokovic and Mondo Duplantis.
Prior to her trip to Europe, Biles was able to briefly spend time with husband Jonathan Owens.
Due to her hectic schedule, paired with the Chicago Bears star’s own busy timetable, the happily married couple are not always able to spend much quality time together.
Ahead of leaving Owens back in the US, Biles put up a post in which she insisted she was “glad” to have seen the NFL star before flying away.
She wrote, “Glad I got to see you for a short bit before jetting off to the airport.
“So incredibly grateful for you ilysfm.”
Earlier this month, Biles and Owens revealed they have a new family member.
She and the football safety adopted a new dog to add to their family – a Doberman, to be exact.
The family already owns two bulldogs, Lilo and Rambo, and a French bulldog, Zeus.
They met on a dating app and married in 2023.
