The Charge 6 is a brilliant everyday fitness tracker with an AMOLED always-on touch display and up to 7-day battery life.
The wearable is packed with more than 40 exercise modes, covering a wide range of physical activities from running, cycling and swimming to aerobics, HIIT and strength training. You can view your stats, including your heart rate zone, in the moment and set personal goals for each activity.
The Active Zone Minutes feature tracks the time you spend in your target heart rate zones to ensure you’re hitting your recommended 150 minutes a week, while 24/7 heart rating monitoring notifies you when you’re in fat burn, cardio and peak zones.
There’s also VO2 max to track how well your body uses oxygen when working out and a built-in GPS to record your pace and distance when it’s time to disconnect and leave your phone at home. There’s even a workout intensity map that highlights your pace and heart rate zones throughout your route.
It’s also worth noting that, while the EE listing doesn’t mention Fitbit Premium, Fitbit trackers typically come with six months of Fitbit Premium as standard, meaning the same applies to this Charge 6 deal as far as we’re aware.
