RING doorbell owners are snapping up a discounted accessory that saves them money on electricity bills.

Will the Ring Solar Charger work for me?
According to Ring, battery-powered doorbell can stay charged even longer than before with just three to four hours of direct sunlight every day.
“For best results, install facing south if located in the northern hemisphere; install facing north if located in the southern hemisphere,” the company says.
That will bring the device’s total cost down to £15.96.
