OnePlus looks to be taking the smartphone market by storm. They have already announced their new mini flagship, the OnePlus 13s, which is likely to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus 13T that launched in China last month. However, it seems like they are also thinking of shaking things up in the mid-range with their new OnePlus Nord CE 5.
OnePlus Nord CE 5 leaks have started making the rounds on the internet. It looks like OnePlus is planning to bring this new exciting phone to the mid-range market. The OnePlus Nord CE 5, which was recently spotted on both the UAE’s TDRA certification site and India’s BIS certification website, indicates that it is likely to launch soon.
The OnePlus Nord CE 5 is rumored to feature a Full HD+ flat OLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Since it’s getting an OLED display, we can also expect an in-display fingerprint scanner. The main highlight is the rumored massive 7,100 mAh battery that supports 80W wired charging. If this comes true, we could see one of the largest battery devices in the mid-range. Under the hood, the device is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, which is a great chipset and delivers good performance for multitasking.

On the camera side, expect a 50MP primary sensor with Sony’s Lytia LYT-600, and an 8MP ultrawide lens using Sony’s IMX355 sensor. The leaked renders show that it will feature a vertical camera setup. It could come with a base variant of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, but only a single speaker.
The reports have also predicted that the OnePlus Nord CE 5 could be priced under Rs 25,000 in India. With the new upgrades, it could also go a little higher, so take it all with a pinch of salt.
