Marketing professionals who use Marketing Cloud Next will only have to define the strategy they want to follow, and agents will be responsible for their execution. They can create content, develop audiences, customize messaging, optimize performance and even assign tasks to equipment and channels. In this way, professionals can dedicate themselves to the development of strategies, to work in creative tasks and to boost growth, without having to perform more routine tasks.

Agentforce Campaign Creation will allow marketing professionals to develop and deploy a campaign in a few hours. They can collaborate with agentforce to generate a campaign briefing, let AI agents believe the audience and make content drafts for mail and SMS.

Users can also activate unstructured data in Data Cloud from Marketing Cloud Next, and use content of new sources, among which are Google Drive, SharePoint, Zendesk, Blogs and Documents, with the aim of improving customization and campaign information.
