HP has announced the Availability in Spain of its platform Optimization of employee’s digital experience Workforce Experience Platform (WXP). It is an integral solution for hybrid and digital work environments that combines AI, data analysis and automation.
Thanks to this, the WXP platform allows you to anticipate technological problems to be able to solve them in a programmed way, reduce the barrier and difficulties at the digital level and improve productivity.
Workforce Experience Platform offers IT departments a proactive and centralized vision that facilitates the resolution of incidents, and improves efficiency in the work environment. Since its launch, HP WXP already manages more than 680,000 devices, analyzing a data ecosystem with more than 24 million terminals and a process of 700 GB daily in a 4 petabytes intelligence engine.

Among them is feeling analysis with AIwhich automatically evaluates the free feedback of the employees, identifying emotional patterns and recurring themes that facilitate an improved intervention by the IT teams.
The tool generates, through the process of thousands of responses in natural language, clear summaries of the general mood, which helps to prioritize actions based on the topics that affect the user experience.
WXP also has a fleet explorer now, a natural language process engine (PLN) that allows real -time consultations about the state and performance of the devices. This tool changes the way in which IT responsible access to the information, and eliminates the need to analyze by hand reports of a certain extension. Instead, direct questions can be asked about critical aspects of infrastructure and get immediate answers.
HP WXP It is also integrated now with Vyoptaan intelligent collaboration platform that the company bought in September 2024. This integration allows customers to centralize the status of its entire collaboration ecosystem. This includes videoconference terminals, telephone systems and collaborative software tools.
