LOVE Island USA stars Ace Greene and Chelley Bissainthe have secretly known each other for years before joining the show.
Ace, 22, and Chelley, 27, star on Peacock’s Love Island USA, as they are now in a couple after weeks of sweet dates and flirting.

On the premiere, Ace said, “I do know Chelley! I met her in New York actually. Outside of the club.”
Chelley added, “We met and we were talking on Instagram and stuff. He lives in LA and I live in Orlando. This is insane!”
But The U.S. Sun can exclusively confirm the couple has known – and flirted with each other – for years before joining Love Island USA.
Before leaving for Fiji, Ace liked one of Chelley’s photos on March 10, 2025.

On March 1, February 23 and January 30, he commented on her stunning modeling photos and videos with fire emojis.
In a photo from July 2023, Ace commented, “Snapped.”
The likes and comments from Ace go all the way back to July 2022.
On Valentine’s Day in 2025, Ace, who teaches dance classes on social media, had his students ask her, “Will you be my Valentine, Chelley?,” making fans think they may have been more serious than viewers thought.

On Love Island USA, Chelley chose to couple up with Ace on the premiere.
But Yulissa Escobar, who was kicked off the show off-camera on episode two because of racist comments that resurfaced on social media, stole Ace from her.
Chelley got to know Ace and Austin Shepard, who was her original couple.
When it came time for the first recoupling, Ace opted for Amaya Espinal, leaving Austin to pick Chelley.
Austin became frustrated when Ace would plan breakfast dates for Chelley while in a couple with Amaya, as he planned a hibachi breakfast, and pancakes and ping pong.
During one challenge, Ace chose to kiss Chelley, as he licked whipped cream from a pie before grabbing and making out with her in a steamy show moment.
On Tuesday night, Austin chose to couple up with Amaya, leaving Chelley and Ace finally in a couple.

But fans believe Ace’s behavior on the series could be a clue they may be “scamming” fans.
Earlier this week, America voted for Jeremiah Brown to couple up with bombshell Iris Kendall, leaving Huda Mustafa single.
Jeremiah and Huda coupled up on day one in the villa and weren’t open to getting to know other people.
Jeremiah said after America’s vote, “We found a connection and we instantly liked each other and we explored that.”
Ace shot back, “I’m not going for that bulls**t. You lying bro. You acting like you all about that person day one. That’s scamming to me. How are you so sure about someone 30 seconds in? That’s a scam.”
Fans think Ace’s anger over his co-stars’ situation could be a tactic to get the heat off him.
Ace also told Amaya he wasn’t comfortable kissing and cuddling with her right after they coupled up because he likes to take things “slow.”
“I’ve been saying Ace is on Jeremiah’s neck because they are competitors on a whole different game of scamming,” one fan claimed.
A second commented, “Ace’s hyper-emotional reaction to Jeremiah’s alleged ‘scamming’ has nothing to do with morality, and everything to do with being envious that someone is threatening his hidden agenda.”
A third said, “Yup, Ace screaming about Jeremiah playing the game when he has the same motive… Honestly, get rid of the cash prize. These guys make enough after the show anyways with the amount of followers they get on social media.”
“Exactly why I’m not voting for them. I honestly believe that they planned this,” a fourth believes.

But Chelley’s Instagram page shut down the rumors, as the account ran by loved ones posted, “We want to be transparent and clear the air, as some of the rumors have gotten far from the truth.
“Chelley and Ace briefly crossed paths in New York and later connected on social media.
“They were never in a relationship, never lived together, and there are no children or hidden past.
“What’s unfolding now is real, unscripted, and could change at any moment. We’re fully supporting Chelley, wherever her heart leads and with whomever she chooses to couple with.”
Reps for Love Island USA and Ace did not respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment.
