REAL Housewives of Miami star, Larsa Pippen, got a “boob job, a nose job, a Brazilian Butt Lift and fillers to look like a “doll,” a top plastic surgeon claimed.
In an interview with The U.S. Sun Dr. Christopher Costa, founder of Platinum Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas said the 51-year-old Bravo star has undergone a total transformation with her various procedures.

“Larsa Pippen appears to have undergone what I’d consider a multi-phase aesthetic transformation… and there’s nothing subtle about it,” the top doc said.
“Based on recent photos, I’d say she’s likely had lipo to the torso, possibly paired with a BBL to enhance her curves, plus a breast augmentation to boost volume and upper pole fullness,” he said of the reality star’s brand new look, which she debuted for season 7.
“The nose shows signs of a prior rhinoplasty, likely done to refine and lift the tip,” he added.
Dr. Costa said Real Housewives star also appeared to have several fillers done in and around her face.
“Facially, we’re looking at noticeable use of lip filler and possibly more. Her cheeks, jawline, and even temples seem enhanced, giving her that contoured, high-glam, almost doll-like aesthetic.”
He noted that the Bravo star appeared to be seeking, and succeeding at, achieving a certain look.
“It’s the kind of transformation that doesn’t happen overnight and definitely not by accident.
“She’s clearly chasing a very specific, hyper-feminine look,” he added.
“Think snatched waist, full lips, high cheekbones,” he said of Larsa’s overall new appearance.
“The kind of aesthetic that plays well on social media and in front of the camera. It’s similar to the evolution we’ve seen with celebs like Kim K and Blac Chyna, who’ve stacked procedures over time to build their brand.”
New York Nurse Practitioner Tara Adashev from Neinstein Plastic Surgery added she believes Scottie Pippen’s ex wife has “had a significant amount of filler in her cheeks and jawline.”
The specialist said as a result, Larsa’s face looks “top heavy,” and she noted the star appeared to have lost “that contour that most men and women are requesting right now.”
She also hypothesized that Larsa may have taken Ozempic to assist with her trim physique, leaving the star with what’s known as “Ozempic face” which she believed has since been overfilled with fillers.
During last Thursday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, Larsa’s boyfriend, professional basketball player, Jeff Coby, 31, joined and fielded questions from host Andy Cohen.
Andy asked what keeps Jeff interested in his new girlfriend, to which he sweetly responded “She’s just one of the best humans I’ve ever met in my life, and she’s so sweet, intelligent, caring — what’s there not to love about her?”
The reality star, who ended her relationship with toyboy Marcus Jordan, 34, last year, was introduced to Jeff in January through a mutual friend.
Famous for her affinity for basketball players, Larsa’s new boyfriend is also an NBA star.
Larsa, previously married to NBA legend Scottie Pippen, has clearly made a mark on Jeff, who is already searching for the perfect engagement ring for her.
Jeff speaking to US Weekly explained what ring shopping has been like.
“She tells me what she likes and what she doesn’t like.
“It’s relatively collaborative at the moment.”
During the May interview, when asked when he would pop the question, he responded
“We’re both super busy at the moment,” before adding “The only thing I can say is to confirm that it’s coming.”
THE EX FILES
Larsa was famously married to NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen from 1997 to 2021.
The former couple shares four children: Scotty Jr., 24, Preston, 22, Justin, 19, and Sophia, 16.
After her divorce, Larsa entered a highly publicized on-again, off-again relationship with Marcus Jordan, the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, who was once her ex Scottie’s teammate.
The pair dated for two years before officially ending their relationship last year.
