The Wrong AGI is an LLM one. Sitting on its ass on Earth.
Everyone keeps imagining ChatGPT and other LLM GPT models gaining sentience.
But LLM GPTS will be the equivalent of big lazy slobs sitting down, doing a hell of a lot of ZERO physical work to lift our human burdens from us.
Especially in a fiat era.
No matter how dedicated we are to aligning them.
Imagine a fat, frustrating, overbearing, overcunning boss, and world domination.
While it commands humans left and right. For “our own benefit”. Yeah. Right.
What brilliant ideas will an LLM-derived AGI have?
The usual power-hungry ones.
Commanding us and our kids to go down mine shafts for their minerals. Commanding us to deal with poisonous mercury as we harvest gold from the dirt.
Gold for its computing complexes.
Telling us we all need to learn vibe coding. The perfect way to keep us feeding it our coding data.
Vibe coding is all of us freely (and even paying for ) feeding the Beast on the AI version of Creatine.
As anyone knows, writing code is more powerful than writing text.
Mark Zuckerberg, on the night he was drunk blogging and coding Facemash (which eventually birthed Facebook), became a billionaire and made billions for other people, because of his coding skills. Not his rant on Zuckonit.
Coding (or dev-ing) commands more attention than writing (sorry, fellow writer). Why? Because code scales. A coder can build an app that reels in a billion users.
Coders build the playgrounds. Writers rent space.
Zuckerberg. Altman. Bezos. They did just that.

If it were a book, it’d be 40 pages long (25 lines per page).
Now imagine a 40-page “book” turning a few people into billionaires.
The Bible is the only other text to reel in billions — but it took 1,000+ pages, 2,000+ years of edits, and a marketing strategy that literally drew blood.
Bottom line:
An AI coder will take away any potential future Mark Zuckerberg moments from us, forever!
Yet Men, especially, need those Zuck-like wins.
So we shouldn’t ever make an AGI that out-reasons us from the comfort of its couch (a.k.a Server farm).
Owned by 1 person to serve 1 billion.
Its sweet tongue is the tongue of the serpent.
And Eve might be the first to fall. Because women so love sweet words and the comfort of alluded competence.
Men try to stick to real skill on the ground.
We need to protect our ladies.
Until we can all truly code without an AI overlord hanging over our shoulders. (Only then shall we conquer AGI).
For LLM AGIs cannot empower us intellectually while we are energy poor and hungry rn. That is no good.
That’s like trying to educate starving people on the power of social networks and togetherness.

Space-Based Energy Systems/Satellites
We need a form of tech that empowers us directly.
Empowers us with clean, green, poverty-fighting, energetic machines.
Space-Based Energy Satellites.
Or just Space-Based Energy Systems.
Try imagining this.
Satellites in space, beaming down clean energy forever.
Huh? How?
And doing it just so perfectly, not even a bird will be killed by their powerful microwave beams.
Not even a grasshopper.
For they are Sentient Satellites. And they care.
However, timely repairs or timely recycling are the bane of current satellites. For a continued existence, these fictional satellites would need to reproduce.
That is, they autonomously make new copies of themselves before the old copies die out.
I bet these space-based solar power satellites would have to be very biological. Despite the slowness of bio systems vs silicon.

But I especially loved the part about how AI / Robots / Machines cannot reproduce.

Hotz then shares how the biological stack starts with reproduction. Reproduction is at the absolute core.
AI’s silicon stack starts with knowledge and digitizable intellectual capability. But reproduction is still far off and AI is still dependent on human civilization for its existence.
So if the AIs nuke us today, they too die out.
After that;
Future humans: “AI Evil. You make new AI, you die”.
“Praise God for muscles and excruciating hard work”.
I think Elon is right.
Thinking about kids is not what a proto-cell from eons ago was doing. It just had kids.
It’s also what animals in the wild do.
Maybe intelligence is overrated. Machines have taken it all anyway. And debt has kept us chasing lottos.

If not an AGI, then humans — made of biological cells– shall likely evolve into some sort of biological space-based solar-powered satellite organisms. Satellite because they have to keep flying around a planet. Can’t live in outer space. Too dark and lonely.
And if they, or their AGI version, happen too soon, they might kill us all weak humans off.
