A POPULAR eatery chain is rolling out a new feature to all of its locations – in a copycat move to fast-food giant McDonald’s.

Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores’ third-largest chain, behind Subway and Godfather’s Pizza, has launched a new system to offer better flexibility and convenience.

The Oklahoma City-based convenience retailer is bringing ordering kiosks to all of its Arby’s restaurants across the US.

The tablet-style screens are made by tech firm Bite and aim to make ordering easier and more accurate.

Love’s said the kiosks will also help cut running costs and speed things up for hungry customers.

They have been rolled out at all 112 Love’s-run Arby’s restaurants in 30 states.

The groundbreaking announcement comes as Love’s rolls out its ongoing $1billion investment into remodeling.

The revamp cash will update stores to have a more modern look and feel.

The cash injection from the retailer started over two years ago.

All new kiosks at the Arby’s sites will also support ordering in both English and Spanish.

They will offer images of every menu item and suggest limited-time promotions and recommendations.

The cutting-edge kiosks integrate with Love’s existing technology at Arby’s.

This includes the order-ahead service which is already available through the retailer’s mobile app.

Vice president of foodservice for Love’s Joe Cotton said: “By streamlining the ordering process, our team members can dedicate more time to food preparation, optimizing the customer experience and driving loyalty.

“It’s another way Love’s helps customers get back on the road quickly.”

Love’s also said it is planning to bring the kiosks to more quick-service restaurants concepts in 2025.

But it didn’t specify which ones or when.

Love’s runs hundreds of these in over 660 trabel centres.

They run chains such as Dairy Queen, Carl’s Jr., Naf Naf Grill, Bojangles and Burger King.
