Sngular has announced the purchase of crosspoint 365and the incorporation of your team into the company. Crosspoint 365, which has 40 employees, specializes in the Microsoft application platform, and in 2024 it managed to enter 3.8 million euros. They are not strangers for Sngular, since in the statement in which they announce the operation they indicate that the company has been key in the success of previous integrations.
The integration of the company will contribute all kinds of benefits to Sngular, both operational and strategic. For the company it will also mean the incorporation of a team with expert knowledge and experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP), Dynamics 365 Customer engagement and the Data & Analytics platform of Fabric and Power BI.
This reinforces and complements the competencies in Sngular Microsoft technologies. Especially in areas related to Azure, AI, Security, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM). In this way the company can offer a comprehensive and more complete service to its customers.
Its next objective is to export the business line specialized in Microsoft solutions to other markets that consider keys and in which they already have a presence, such as the United States, Mexico and Saudi Arabia (KSA).
