Sure, it was relatively inexpensive in the first place but every little helps; and this price cut returns the speaker back to where it was almost a year ago. Probably for Prime Day 2024.
As you might expect from a speaker of this, it’s short on features. You get an IP rating of IP67, which is one of the toughest you can get from an outdoor speaker, the design protects it against water, dust and any other particles that might try to get inside the speaker.
Battery life is 10 hours, but for a speaker of this size, that’s a good result. Charging the speaker back to full from a low battery takes three hours.
There’s Bluetooth 5.1 for connecting to your device of choice, and audio power is 5W. Not much in the grand scheme of things and for a speaker of this size, it should be enough to produce a decent performance with JBL’s Original Sound Pro tuning.
The carabiner design ensures you can clip the speaker to your bag, belt strap, buckle or anything else and take it with you on your outdoor adventures.
It’s not the most recent version of the JBL Clip (that would be the Clip 5) and judging by the different colour versions available on Amazon, it’s likely to sell out quick. If you don’t want to miss out on this deal, score yourself a cheap Bluetooth speaker before this deal disappears.
