Samsung Tri-Fold Phone Features: All We Know
Samsung Mobile Chief TM Roh recently revealed that the company will launch the Galaxy tri-fold by the end of 2025. It was earlier teased during the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event in January and was expected to launch alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE at the July 9 event.
Reports suggest that the device with codename Q7M and model number SM-F968 is all set for mass production. The tri-fold phone is said to see a limited release.
In terms of design, the Samsung upcoming foldable could mimic the recently unveiled Tecno Phantom Ultimate G Fold Concept phone. The Tecno tri-fold device incorporates a G-style design with inward-folding hinges. Samsung’s tri-fold phone will also rival the Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design, which is due for an update in September. It is currently the only tri-fold phone on the market for sale.
The Samsung tri-fold phone could sport a 9.96-inch foldable display. The cover display could be of 6.54-inch screen size. Under the hood, the device is expected to pack the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from Qualcomm and a silicon-carbon battery.
