CAITLIN CLARK has suffered a double-whammy of injury blows ahead of the WNBA All-Star game.
It comes after Satou Sabally joined Clark in pulling out of Saturday’s showpiece event against Napheesa Collier’s team.

Clark announced she will not participate in the All-Star game and the 3-point competition after re-aggravating her right groin injury.
And now Phoenix’s leading scorer and rebounder Sabally has been forced to sit out for her third All-Star appearance because of a right ankle injury.
Sabally, who has missed four straight games for the league’s second seeded side, was slated to start for Team Clark in the All-Star Game in Indiana.
Clark herself PULLED OUT of her second All-Star appearance and first as team captain after walking off in tears during Indiana Fever’s 85-77 win on Tuesday night.
Atlanta Dream’s Brionna Jones and the Washington Mystics’ Brittany Sykes have officially replaced Clark and Sabally.
Sabally wrote in an emotional Instagram post: “Over the past two weeks, I’ve been working around the clock to rehab my body from injury with two goals in mind: to return to the court with my Mercury sisters as a starter in the All-Star Game.
“Unfortunately, my body still needs more time to recover, and I am unable to suit up and play in this weekend’s game.”
Clark will miss the opportunity to represent the Fever and play in her home venue, Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
But, nonetheless, the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game hit record-high ticket prices while the league’s biggest draw Clark’s status was uncertain.
According to TickPick, the average purchase price for Saturday’s WNBA All-Star Game in Indianapolis is $262, which is the highest in the ticketing platform’s records. The game’s get-in price is $121.
The average price is up 84.5 per cent from last year’s All-Star Game in Phoenix ($142) and up 350 per cent from 2023 in Las Vegas ($75).
The previous high was $150 in 2022 when the game was held at Wintrust Arena in Chicago.
The prices have not seen huge changes since Clark went off crying during the fourth quarter of the Indiana’s road win over the Connecticut Sun at TD Garden in Boston on Tuesday night.
On Tuesday afternoon, the average purchase price was $260, and the get-in price was $135.
Clark already missed TEN of the Fever’s 22 games this year.
The 23-year-old was the All-Star Game’s leading vote-getter for the second year in a row and is the captain of Team Clark.
The Fever lost 99-77 to the New York Liberty in Barclays Center on Wednesday evening without Clark.
