Data², a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, has teamed up with Neo4j, the leading graph database and analytics company, to address one of the biggest challenges facing artificial intelligence today: hallucinations.

Neo4j, recently named to CRN’s list of The Coolest Database System Companies of the 2025 Big Data 100, brings its powerful graph technology to Data²’s AI systems.

Data²’s reView platform, built on the company’s recently patented GraphRAG methodology, leverages Neo4j’s graph database capabilities to model data as complex relationships between people, places or events rather than traditional rows in a table.

Companies like Neo4j and Data², along with other industry players such as Microsoft, WRITER, and Lettria, say that this approach allows AI systems to uncover hidden patterns, connect diverse data sources, and answer complex questions that traditional AI systems often struggle with. Ask ChatGPT

Unlike traditional AI systems that sometimes generate convincing but inaccurate responses, reView’s “hallucination-resistant” technology ensures that every AI-generated answer is backed by data easily tracked, traced and verified. The company says the platform’s full-cycle explainability lets analysts track exactly how AI arrived at its conclusions, making it easier to audit and understand AI decisions in critical applications.

“Our partnership with Neo4j brings together the best of AI and graph database technology to deliver hallucination-resistant AI that can be verified, trusted, and understood,” said Jon Brewton, CEO of Data². “Decision-makers need to rely on AI that provides robust information security, not opaque black-box systems. With Neo4j’s graph backbone and our patented hallucination-resistant approach, we’re helping mission-driven teams cut through the noise and take action with confidence.”

The partnership also allows Data² to leverage Neo4j’s established enterprise customer base and technical infrastructure, expanding access to its innovative AI solutions.

“We’re excited to deepen our work together, empowering teams in the public and private sectors to transform data into knowledge and unlock insights and possibilities that weren’t possible before,” said John Bender, RVP, Federal Sales, Neo4j.

“As organizations face increasingly complex challenges—ranging from national security and infrastructure modernization to healthcare and climate resilience—graph technology offers a powerful, intuitive way to reveal hidden relationships, improve decision-making, and drive meaningful outcomes. By partnering closely with forward-thinking leaders across government and industry, we’re helping to lay the foundation for smarter, data-driven solutions that can truly make a difference.”

Bender continued, “At Neo4j, we believe that data is one of the most valuable assets in the modern world—but its true power is only realized when it’s connected. Our graph database technology enables users to model and analyze complex systems in ways that traditional tools simply can’t. Whether it’s uncovering fraud, mapping supply chains, improving cybersecurity posture, or enabling precision medicine, the ability to see how everything is connected changes the game. We’re proud to support our partners on this journey, and we remain committed to delivering innovative, scalable solutions that meet mission-critical needs and create lasting impact.”
