Take your health management to the next level while saving a small fortune in the process thanks to this incredible sale on the Oura ring.

For a much more effective means of tracking your health and improving your overall wellbeing, it’s always best not to rely on the sensors built into your smartphone, and instead opt for a dedicated device, such as this wearable from Oura.

The Oura Gen3 Horizon Smart Ring usually sets you back, an admittedly pricey, £249. Luckily, that’s no longer the case as you can now get the same ring for just £155, with a £94 discount.

Not only is that one of the lowest prices I’ve seen the Oura Ring go for yet, but it’s also significantly less than what the competition is charging for similarly featured devices, making it an incredible bargain for those who want a high-end health tracker on the cheap.

If you’re new to the world of smart rings, then I can’t blame you if you’re somewhat sceptical of the concept, but I promise you that when I finally swapped from a smartwatch to wearing a smart ring, I have rarely looked back.

For starters, unlike most wearables out there, the Oura Gen 3 Horizon Ring, well the version that I have anyway, is surprisingly stylish. Most smartwatches do a great job at looking like they’re built for the future, but the Oura ring is genuinely so convincing in its design that it can easily pass off as high-end jewellery, only it gives you a wealth of data that can be incredibly helpful.

In fact, two of the Oura Ring’s key strengths are its near-seamless sleep tracking, alongside incredibly intuitive heart rate and fitness-related monitoring.

While Oura Rings come with all manner of advanced sensors, the insights gathered from those sensors must be translated and presented to the user, and that’s where the Oura app comes into play. More so than almost any other app I’ve seen in the many years of using mobile devices, the Oura app is an absolute joy to use, constantly colour coding which areas of your health are in balance, and which would need more attention.

If you’ve been tempted for a while to upgrade from a more invasive health tracker/smartwatch to something more discreet, then I can’t recommend the Oura Ring enough. Just make sure you use the Oura Sizing Kit beforehand to get the right fit before making a purchase.

The best smart ring around

  • Easy-to-use companion app

  • Comfortable to wear 24/7

  • Can pick up scratches

  • Exercise HR support unreliable
