The Bad Blood singer was talking about her new album, titled Life of a Showgirl, when it happened.
Viewers flocked to social media in anger at the abrupt ending.
“Did New Heights just crash in the last few minutes?!?!?,” one said.

Taylor was making her first ever appearance on a podcast in her 20-year music career on New Heights.
The 35-year-old looked delighted to be on alongside her Hall of Fame-bound Kansas City Chiefs star beau.
She revealed numerous stories of how she met him and opened up on their relationship.
The sing sensation also revealed her extensive knowledge of the NFL now she is with Kelce.
Taylor even told how they talk tactics at home away from the field.
“We’re talking about cover 2, cover 4, cover 0, man; we’re learning,” she said.
