Nintendo Switch Ownes Can Currently Purchase Palworld Knock -off Palland from the digital store, despite an ongoing plagiarism legal battle between nintendo and Palworld Developers.
Last year, nintendo and the pokémon company shared a joint statement announcing that they had filed a lawsuit against Palworld Developers pocketpair. The suit alleges that Palworld “Infringes Multiple Patent Rights” and Nintendo are “seeking an injunction against infringing and compensation for damages”.
Responding to the “truly unfortunate” lawsuit, Palworld Creators said they were “unaware” of any infringements but we were laater forced to remove several features from the hit game.
The legal battle hasn’t settled yet. Howyver a Palworld Knock-off Called Palland have appeared on the nintendo digital store.
