Summary

  • The next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event is on September 4 at 5:30am ET to unveil new Galaxy devices.
  • Samsung is set to introduce the “newest member of the S25 family” and “premium AI tablets.”
  • The company is holding a reservation promotion for its “next evolution tablet,” which offers a $50 Samsung credit when you buy it, trade-in savings and upgrade discounts.

It’s already been almost two months since Samsung held its last Galaxy Unpacked event, unveiling its new foldable phones, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, and the Z Flip 7 FE. Now, the company is gearing up for its next big event.

Samsung has announced that it will host a virtual Galaxy Unpacked event on Thursday, September 4, at 5:30am ET, to introduce new Galaxy devices. The event will be streamed live on Samsung’s website and YouTube channel. This will be the first virtual Galaxy Event of the year, following in-person Unpacked events for the S25 series in January and the Z Fold 7 and Flip 7 in July.

“Join us on September 4 to discover a more seamless mobile experience across a wider range of devices — from premium AI tablets to the newest member of the Galaxy S25 family,” Samsung said in a press release.

Samsung is offering a bonus $50 credit when you reserve its next tablet

Samsung’s event takes place a few days prior to Apple’s iPhone 17 launch

What Samsung is set to unveil at the event hasn’t been officially confirmed, but its press release does indicate a “new member” of the “S25 family” and a “premium tablet” coming. According to SamMobile, Samsung may reveal the Galaxy S25 FE and the Galaxy Tab S11, which have been the subject of recent leaks.

Like it usually does with upcoming events, Samsung has launched a special promotion that allows you to reserve the “next evolution of Galaxy Tab” ahead of its reveal on September 4. By reserving it, you can receive a bonus $50 Samsung credit when you buy it, and also have the opportunity to save up to $950 on the tablet by trading in qualifying devices and taking advantage of a discount on a storage upgrade. You can check out the promotion below.

Samsung’s virtual Galaxy Unpacked event on September 4 takes place just a few days before Apple is set to announce the iPhone 17 series on September 9. It seems that the beginning of September will certainly be an action-packed one for tech fans. Stay tuned to Pocket-lint for more on Galaxy Unpacked and Apple’s iPhone event.
