What’s one thing do you wish you’d done differently when launching your company?

I wish we’d invited more sceptics to contribute earlier in the process. As founders we need to see around corners, so it’s imperative to balance unbridled conviction with a healthy scepticism. The earlier you can do that, the better.

It helps you hone in on the proof points you need and understand which questions must be answered for investors and customers. Sceptics aren’t enemies – they’re your best teachers….
