The steep ascendency of artificial intelligence has created a surge in enterprise-wide reorganizations aimed at streamlining operations toward simplicity, agility and cross-sectoral visibility. The trend of teams operating separately as cocooned siloes with thin-woven communication lines is giving way to centralized communication and functioning for the future of work.
Monday.com’s Eran Zinman discusses new AI innovations streamlining work.
At Elevate ’25, theCUBE spoke with leaders and innovators to explore how AI is becoming the silent infrastructure of the modern workplace. The event spotlights how enterprises are embedding AI and automation into everyday workflows — streamlining processes, breaking down silos and lubricating operations.
“AI resets people’s expectations of what they can get from software,” said Eran Zinman (pictured), co-founder and co-chief information officer of Monday.com Ltd. “I think that software for work was always about helping you manage the processes, helping you manage the Salesforce, whatever it is. With AI, I think customers’ expectations are changing. AI can actually help you deliver the work, not just manage it, but also do the work for you. This is our big announcement here at Elevate.”
As the event unfolded, theCUBE’s Paul Nashawaty had several conversations centering on AI as the new silent infrastructure of work. The discourse also touches on monday.com’s flexible, no-code platform at the center, underscoring a future where visibility, efficiency and collaboration define the workplace.
Here are six insights from the event on AI and the future of work:
1. Innovations headline the show, as AI charts the future of work
Kicking things off was the unveiling of several platform innovations in the monday.com toolkit. First is monday magic, which auto-builds workflows from simple prompts; monday vibe, enabling no-code app creation with seamless data integration; and monday agents, an AI-powered assistant that handle tasks such as scheduling, emails and calls. With 260,000 customers across 200+ industries, monday.com positions AI as a scalable workforce multiplier—helping companies expand without increasing headcount, according to Zinman.
Real-world use cases include Pepsi-Cola Company Frito-Lay Inc. reducing low-value workloads and Maplebear Inc. (DBA as Instacart) accelerating delivery. Built with enterprise-grade security, these tools make advanced AI accessible, intuitive and ready for global adoption.
