EBAY has confirmed that you will Buy the social marketplace Tisebased in OSLO (Norway) and that there is a second -hand fashion sale platform and interior design objects and accessories. It is unknown how much eBay is going to pay for it, but its intentions: use its technology and tools to modernize its sales platform.
With Tise, founded in 2014, EBAY also wants to bring customers of millennial and subsequent generations to its main platform, in order to create a community like Tise has achieved. Among other things, thanks to functions such as the ability to follow vendors, give like or comment on the listings or receive personalized recommendations of products.
In addition, this Norway platform gives an outstanding presence to the inventory “in trend.” This, applied to eBay, can also make the experience of purchasing of consumers, and the sale of platform vendors.
Tise is no strange for EBAY, since Tise was the first company that received money from the Ebay investment division, in 2022.
