Thunderbird Innovation unveiled its first AI-powered camera glasses, the Thunderbird V3, on Jan. 7, according to Chinese media outlet Cailianpress.com. The glasses feature a custom-built intent recognition model from Alibaba Tongyi, marking the first collaboration between a large AI model and an AI glasses hardware manufacturer in China. Developed in partnership with Alibaba Tongyi, the Thunderbird V3 is the industry’s first AI model specifically designed for smart glasses. The glasses will be showcased at CES 2025. Other companies, including Sharge, XRreal, ROKID, and Play For Dream, will also participate in CES 2025, with several products integrating large AI models. [Cailianpress.com, in Chinese]
