With Apple’s iPhone launch event out of the way, many enthusiasts have been looking forward to what’s next. The company generally does a product launch in October with some more minor product announcements, and according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, we may see that in just a few days.

In today’s Power On newsletter, Gurman reported that we’ll see a few key products coming this week – through an online announcement, rather than an Apple Park keynote.

At the very least, we’ll see the M5 chip debut in two new products: iPad Pro and Vision Pro. Those seem almost certain, with Gurman calling it an ‘imminent release.’

Beyond that, Gurman says a new MacBook Pro is ‘likely’. Though, as others have reported, it may only debut with the base model M5 chip. Higher end models with M5 Pro and M5 Max won’t debut until later – likely sometime early next year.

As for anything without an M5 chip in it, we might not see that this week. Previously, we had also expected a HomePod mini, Apple TV, and AirTag update before the end of 2025, and that’s yet to come to fruition. Gurman reports that these products are ‘still very much on the road map,’ though doesn’t give any concrete timeline – so don’t be too disappointed if Apple doesn’t announce them this week.

Looking ahead, we’ll also see an iPad refresh with an A18 chip, a new iPad Air with an M4 chip, two new external monitors for Mac, and a new iPhone 17e launch in the first half of 2026.
