The donation program was carried out as part of a test of Quan2um’s built-in Zakat distribution system, which enables automated and transparent allocation of charitable funds directly through the platform. Every week, Zakat and Sadaqah distributions took place, and each person in need received $20 — an amount nearly equal to or exceeding the average weekly income in Nigeria. Some households received over$100, enabling access to food, water, and other essentials for several weeks.

In addition to religious donations, families who do not practice Islam but are in difficult life circumstances also received support through the personal aid section. This approach helps ensure that Zakat payments reach the most deserving individuals, fully aligning with the teachings of Islam and the principles of social justice and responsibility.
