ByteDance is reportedly preparing to launch GameTop, a new global game distribution platform similar to Steam, aiming to provide overseas users with a diverse range of game content, creative tools, and social interaction features. The move marks a major step in ByteDance’s expansion into overseas game publishing. The company has begun recruiting an operations team focused on user acquisition, segmentation management, and growth system design.
