November is going to be a big month for Netflix, as one of its most popular shows of all time is entering its final act. The streamer has a ton of new programming this month, with the end of Stranger Things leading the pack, along with a bunch of other cool-looking movies and shows. We’ve gone through the month’s new content, watched the trailers, read the IMDb pages, and picked out the must-see stuff, along with a complete listing of everything coming. Here’s our guide to the hottest new series and movies on the streaming service in November.
Frankenstein (Nov. 7)
One of the most anticipated movies of the year, Guillermo del Toro’s take on the classic tale of a man made from corpse parts has been in production since 2007, with a variety of actors slated to play the monster. Jacob Elordi is winning raves for his standout performance as the creature, and the visual design and atmosphere are unbeatable. Shame it didn’t land before Halloween, but you can’t have everything.

Last Samurai Standing (Nov. 13)
This looks fun, sort of a Meiji-era Squid Game. Shujiro is a swordsman who has yet to be defeated in battle, but when the best blades in all of Japan gather for a battle royale where the winner is the one who reaches Tokyo with their life intact, he must face off with a wide variety of samurai in order to make the money to save his sick family.
The Beast In Me (Nov. 13)
New prestige drama The Beast in Me looks to be a captivating hit. Claire Danes stars as an author who has been stuck in depression since the death of her son, but when a real estate mogul with a mysterious past and a missing wife moves in next door, the pair enter a chilling game of cat and mouse that could wind up deadly.
Stranger Things 5: Volume 1 (Nov. 26)
Clocking in at between $50-$60 million per episode, the final season of Stranger Things had better pay off big for Netflix. I was a little nonplussed by the last season and its vaguely Power Rangers-esque Big Bad, but hopefully things are better this time around. Taking place a year later, the gang (now grown a bit) decides to hunt down Vecna, but when Eleven becomes the target of the military, things get complicated.
