[Shanghai, July 2025] TechNode, a global innovation and technology services platform, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Khan Tengri Innovation Hub, an initiative launched by Growth Vision Pro, a Kazakhstan-based business services organization. The partnership aims to promote deep collaboration across the startup ecosystem, market access, and media engagement, serving as a strategic bridge between China and Central Asia.
The Khan Tengri Innovation Hub recently launched in Shanghai’s Zhangjiang Science City. As the first dedicated platform focused on integrating Central Asia’s innovation ecosystem with China’s, the Hub is supported by Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry, and jointly driven by leading regional tech parks such as Astana Hub and IT Park Uzbekistan. The platform supports not only Central Asian startups entering the Chinese market, but also Chinese tech companies seeking a “soft landing” into Central Asia, the Middle East, and other regions via the “Middle Corridor.”
Under the MoU, TechNode and the Khan Tengri Innovation Hub will work closely across innovation ecosystem building, market access support, and cross-border communication. Through joint events, content collaborations, and resource matchmaking, the two parties aim to facilitate meaningful connections between Chinese and Central Asian startups, and build new channels for innovation exchange across the Eurasian region.
