During an earnings call on Tuesday, Xiaomi said the company’s EV unit is on track to hit its full-year delivery target of 350,000 vehicles ahead of schedule this week, after raising the goal from 300,000 earlier this year. Xiaomi delivered more than 100,000 EVs in the third quarter, taking cumulative deliveries for the first nine months to over 260,000. The company said production efficiency continued to improve, noting that it took 230 days to build the first 100,000 units, while the following 200,000 were produced in just 232 days. Xiaomi is aiming for a higher finish to the year, with analysts estimating its 2025 shipments could approach 400,000 vehicles. [Icsmart, in Chinese]
