Communications software company Movius Interactive Corp. today announced the launch of CoreLine, a new enterprise offering that embeds secure and compliant communication capabilities directly into standard SIM-based corporate mobile devices.
CoreLine offers unified, secure communications with support for every deployed corporate-owned device, or bring your own device, all managed through a single, centralized compliance and administration portal.
The new offering is seeking to assist with the issue whereby, as industries accelerate toward a fully digital client experience, the ability to safeguard communication across every channel has become a strategic initiative. By delivering capture and control without requiring employees to install or manage an application, CoreLine allows organizations to protect interactions at scale while empowering people to work the way they naturally do.
“CoreLine brings us closer to a world where secure communications is not an overlay or an option, but a native capability of the enterprise,” said Chethan Visweswar, chief product officer at Movius. “By embedding call and message capture at the device layer, organizations can confidently operate in dynamic, regulated environments without compromising speed, client experience, or their brand.”
The service can serve as a complete, secure “communications-as-a-service” solution or extend the communication reach of Movius MultiLine deployments. For industries such as financial services, CoreLine provides a path to fully compliant communication on the device employees rely on most.
CoreLine features native SIM and eSIM capture with unified recording across voice, SMS, MMS and social messaging. There’s also deep integration with Microsoft Teams, a single-number identity that works across both mobile and desktop endpoints and full compatibility with existing compliance archiving systems.
“CoreLine dramatically reduces the burden on frontline teams,” added Visweswar. “IT manages it centrally, employees use their devices naturally and organizations gain the confidence that every conversation is secure and fully captured.”
Movius is a venture capital-backed company that has raised at least $102 million in funding, according to Tracxn, though earlier funding rounds are missing from the total. Investors in the company include PointGuard Ventures, New Enterprise Associates Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Anschutz Exploration Corp., Battery Ventures LP, Partech Partners SAS and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
