All of the Human Interface Devices (HID) subsystem updates were merged a few days ago for the ongoing Linux 6.19 kernel merge window. Standing out this cycle on the HID side are seeing new/improved support for several Logitech devices.
The HID logitech-dj driver added support for the G Pro X Superlight 2. The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 is a high-end wireless gaming mouse retailing for ~$130+ USD. The logitech-dj driver was additionally updated to support a new version of Logitech’s Lightspeed receiver.
With Linux 6.19 in 2026 the mainline kernel is also finally supporting the Logitech G13 gaming keypad. This mainline driver support is coming around 17 years after the G13 hardware release and is no longer manufactured by Logitech.
Lastly the Logitech G510 keyboard support was improved for backlight brightness control handling.
