Earlier on December 11, Piper Sandler Unity Software Inc. (NYSE:U) upgraded from Neutral to Overweight and also raised the price target from $43 to $59.
Analysts at BTIG pointed to the growth potential of the company’s growth segment as the key factor behind their bullish outlook. The company believes that the outlook for the sector is improving, which is expected to significantly benefit the company. The analyst noted that the market is seeing the upside catalysts for Unity Software Inc. (NYSE:U) has not yet realized or has not taken into account. BTIG considers the company’s share price to be undervalued, given its intrinsic value and growth potential.
On the other hand, Piper Sandler noted that the mobile app advertising market remains healthy. The company noted that the health of the industry can be gauged by quarter-over-quarter growth of more than 15% in the company’s vector advertising business over the past two quarters. The company believes the growth will be driven by Unity Software Inc.’s new machine learning model. (NYSE:U). Piper Sandler added that the foundation is strengthened by Runtime data, allowing the company to achieve accelerated growth in its Grow and Vector ads segment.
