Last November we had the opportunity to attend a special ASUS event where the Taiwanese giant told us the most important news that it was going to present at CES 2026, and today we can finally share them with you, since the NDA has expired. In this article I am going to focus on three key products: ASUS Zenbook A, ASUS Zenbook S y ASUS Zenbook DUO.
At first glance it may seem that we are looking at three very similar lines of laptops, and it is true that they have points of contact between them, but they also present important differences that are what ultimately make each of these lines head towards different user profiles. It is the value of specializationa reality that ASUS has been able to fine-tune to the maximum with its new generations of laptops.
ASUS Zenbook A: extreme mobility

This line of laptops is a clear commitment to lightness, autonomy and mobility in a broad sense. ASUS has opted for the new Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite SoCs, and will exclusively offer the Snapdragon X2 Elite Extremethe most powerful chip of the new generation from the San Diego giant.
The Zenbook A line will be divided into two models, the A14 and the A16. The first will have a 14 inch screen and a weight less than 1 kilogramwhich means that it will be the star model for those who prioritize mobility and who need very light and comfortable equipment to transport. The second will have a 16-inch screen, and will offer a greater balance between mobility and productivity.

This line has been updated with the new Intel Core Ultra 300 series SoCs, and with the new generation Ryzen AI. We therefore have configurations with CPUs x86-64, with everything that this implies at the level of native compatibility with Windows 11 and its different applications and tools.
The ASUS Zenbook S 2026 maintain the line and construction quality of the previous generation, and repeat their commitment to thinness and minimalism, which reinforces their professional character and gives them a clean, elegant and timeless aesthetic.
