Jabra’s new arrivals look like music-minded headphones, not corporate ear gear, but don’t be fooled by the lack of old-school boom mics: the on-ear Evolve3 75 and over-ear Evolve3 85 are a pair of work-ready headsets in stealth mode.
They’re each packing multiple mics and some new deep learning smarts, which promise to dial out background distractions and preserve your voice during calls better than any corporate rival – while also soundtracking your life as effectively as a more mainstream audio brand. They’re priced accordingly, facing off against flagship wireless cans from the likes of Sony and Bose when they go on sale in March.
The Evolve3 line replaces the older Evolve2, which were very much business-minded headsets. The new models are much thinner and lighter, with a mix of soft touch plastics, metal and fabric that give a more modern and minimal appearance. The over-ear Evolve3 85 has foldable ear cups and ships with a compact storage case, making them a great pick for travel and daily commuting as well has for wearing during office hours.
Both models get adaptive noise cancellation – which doesn’t cut out while on voice calls, unlike some rivals – and Jabra’s own take on spatial sound. This also applies to calls to make them feel more natural. Connectivity is by LC3 Bluetooth. There’s also no escaping AI in 2026, so of course they play nicely with smart assistants and apparently capture 96% of all voice command phrases accurately.
Expect as much as 120 hours of music playback per charge, or 25 hours of voice calls, from the Evolve3 85. Both models have fast charge abilities for adding an extra ten hours of power in just 10 minutes, and there are versions of each with built-in wireless charging. The batteries themselves are replaceable too, in a welcome boost to their environmental credentials.

This isn’t quite a return to consumer tech for Jabra; the firm stopped selling fitness-friendly wireless earbuds in 2024 to concentrate on corporate headsets, speakerphones and other conferencing kit. It has gone above and beyond on the business side here, with a pre-paired Bluetooth adapter in the box for secure connectivity and a dedicated app for remote management.
The Jabra Plus mobile app has been overhauled for everyone else, though, with more advanced equaliser controls and the option to adjust the amount of wind noise reduction.
The Jabra Evolve3 goes on sale from March 1 in black; a Warm Grey version will show up later in April. Expect to pay £349 for the on-ear Evolve3 75, or £389 if you want wireless charging; the over-ear Evolve3 85 will set you back £495, or £539 with wireless charging built-in.
