Football commentator Jacqui Oatley shared a straightforward fix that could instantly solve the issue.
Her advice? Switch off your Samsung TV’s Wi-Fi.
To do this, head to your TV’s settings menu and disable the Wi-Fi connection.
It isn’t needed, as the Sky Mini box communicates directly with the main TV box, not through the television itself.
Once Wi-Fi is turned off on the TV, viewers are also advised to access streaming apps through Sky rather than directly via the TV’s built-in apps.
