What one thing do you wish you’d done differently when launching your company?
I wish I had focused earlier on my biggest weakness, telling the story of BLOXX and feeling comfortable sharing the personal journey behind it.
It has taken us three years to find a way of explaining BLOXX that truly connects with different audiences, and we are still learning and refining.
Coming from a lifetime career in banking, storytelling was not a skill I naturally had. Developing it has been the biggest area of personal growth for me, and it has also shown me just how essential a clear, human story is when you are trying to build an entirely new market….
