Sony announced that BYD’s Yangwang U9 will be featured in Gran Turismo 7, making it the first Chinese-made supercar to appear in the PlayStation racing title. The U9 Xtreme recently set a Nürburgring lap record of 6:59.157, becoming the fastest production EV and the first to complete the track in under seven minutes. Back in June, Gran Turismo developer Polyphony Digital announced a partnership with Xiaomi to bring the SU7 Ultra into the game, which is still under development and has yet to go live.
