Information technology security software company Ivanti Inc. today unviled new artificial intelligence advances to its Neurons platform that helps IT and security teams harness AI-driven intelligence to achieve impactful business outcomes.

The new features include the introduction of agentic AI capabilities in Ivanti Neurons for IT Service Management and autonomous endpoint management and next-generation asset visibility in Ivanti Neurons for Discovery. They give IT and security teams scaled efficiency, more in-depth insights and reduced risk.

The new Agentic AI capabilities in the company’s ITSM offering are built on Ivanti’s Conversational AI Framework and introduce persona-based agents directly to Neurons for ITSM. The agents provide autonomous, goal-directed and natural-language experiences for Neurons for ITSM and enterprise service management that accelerate resolution times and reduce service desk overhead.

The agents can be used by teams to shift from reactive support to a context-aware, autonomous service that resolves incidents and requests from start to finish through natural, conversational interaction.

The new Agentic AI capabilities are launching in preview in the first quarter, with general availability later in 2026.

For autonomous endpoint management, the new capabilities unite digital employee experience, unified endpoint management and security to redefine how IT teams manage and protect every device by leveraging AI-powered automation and real-time data. The company’s AEM can now autonomously manage, secure and remediate endpoints to allow IT and security teams to reduce risk, scale efficiency and deliver seamless employee experiences.

The last new release today covering asset visibility and exposure aggregation unites software estate data with exposure management to provide foundational visibility for IT and security teams. With Ivanti Neurons for Discovery, Ivanti says organizations gain comprehensive asset intelligence with embedded license management and unified risk insights that deliver real-time visibility, cost control and centralized vulnerability management across all assets.

“Ivanti’s AI vision is about transforming how organizations harness intelligence to drive real business outcomes,” said Chief Executive Dennis Kozak. “Our strategy is grounded in practical innovation — embedding AI directly into the workflows our customers rely on every day. The Ivanti Neurons platform helps customers enhance their AI journey and scale as business needs evolve with AI.”
