NETFLIX is ending support for a popular TV box, leaving users with a tough decision to make.
The move will force some users to upgrade or risk losing access to all their favourite shows.
This inconvenient change is set to take effect in just a few weeks from now.
From early March, Netflix will stop working on two older BT devices.
These are the BT TV Box (Z4) and the BT TV Recordable Box (G4).
For unlucky owners, the streaming giant will no longer be available from March 4.

Consequently, users will need to upgrade their hardware.
However, there is some good news for customers.
The newer 4K Recordable TV Box (G5) and BT’s Pro boxes will not be affected.
The decision is due to technical requirements of Netflix’s updated app.
BT claims these older boxes are simply unable to support it.
The Sun has approached Netflix for comment.
