Gozney has launched a new compact pizza oven called the Arc Lite, designed to deliver its signature restaurant-level performance in a smaller, lighter package. It’s aimed squarely at people cooking on balconies, rooftops, or smaller gardens – without sacrificing the heat and flame control the brand is known for.

The Arc Lite can hit 950°F / 500°C, which is the sweet spot for proper Neapolitan-style pizza, and it’s sized to cook pizzas up to 12in across.

The heat comes from Gozney’s lateral rolling flame, a clever burner design that wraps heat around the food instead of blasting it from one direction. The result is evenly cooked bases and those classic leopard-spotted crusts.

It’s built around a 12mm stone floor, which stores heat and releases it consistently – crucial if you’re cooking multiple pizzas back-to-back.

This isn’t just about pizza, either. Like Gozney’s larger ovens, the Arc Lite can handle steaks, vegetables, and anything else that benefits from intense live-fire heat. Flame control comes via a simple front dial, and the fixed gas hose means you can go from unboxing to cooking in minutes.

Founder and CEO Tom Gozney (who we interviewed recently) says the goal was simple: bring proper live-fire cooking to more people and more places. “You can place it on a balcony or take it to your mate’s, and it still kicks out the same flame and heat as our bigger ovens,” he said.

Person using a Gozney Arc Lite

Gozney makes some of the best pizza ovens you can buy right now, and they’ve earned that reputation through consistent performance and, we think, very stylish designs. I’ve been using the Gozney Tread and Gozney Dome S1 throughout winter – in cold temperatures, wind, and conditions that would expose weaknesses quickly. Both held heat brilliantly and delivered reliable results, which matters far more than raw temperature numbers on paper.

The Arc Lite takes that same approach and scales it down. Its insulated body helps retain heat, while its smaller footprint makes it more practical for everyday use. This isn’t a stripped-back budget oven – it’s designed to feel like a proper Gozney product, just one that fits into tighter spaces and more spontaneous cooking sessions.

The Arc Lite will be available from 3 March 2026 in Off Black, priced at US$399.99 / £349.99.

That positions it as the most accessible entry into Gozney’s lineup – and one of the most appealing for people who want authentic pizza without committing half their outdoor space to a larger oven.
