CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A longtime Cincinnati startup has been acquired in a deal that pairs it with a massive global software company.
Losant, once considered one of the region’s most promising tech startups, has been acquired by Germany-based software giant SUSE, a Linux distributor and one of the world’s largest independent open source companies.
Terms of the deal, announced on February 19, were not disclosed.
